- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research to maintain innovation leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of proposed initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025-2030 time horizons
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
