Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI of experimental projects
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
