Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Partner with product teams to translate future tech into commercial applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neural interfaces
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in next-gen tech sectors
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in exponential technology principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, or spatial computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
