Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing and AI research teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ technology landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
