- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 2026 technology horizons

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
