- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to C-suite and board members
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of pilot projects for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation portfolio performance
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and sustainability imperatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT Fintech)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
