Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional strategy team
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
