Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated real-world environments
- Create executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Coordinate with venture partners to identify strategic investment opportunities in frontier tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on technology implementation priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions and outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
