Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for acquisition/partnership
- Design scalable frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces, or metaverse architecture
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, decentralized systems, and digital sovereignty
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for novel technologies
