Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype future solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, space automation) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, space tech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research in emerging technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
