Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting

- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certified in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or strategy frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies

- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution preferred
