Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Build frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing decision-making
- Strong understanding of ethical technology implementation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
