Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovative technology initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Certifications in strategic planning or emerging technologies (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
