- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and present technology roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Quantify market potential and ROI for experimental technologies
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for innovations
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
