Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with InnovateCorp's 2026 vision, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and decentralized systems.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and assess their commercial viability for market entry.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Present strategic roadmaps to the Board of Directors with data-driven ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Cultivate partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and global tech consortiums to co-develop future-ready platforms.
- Drive innovation governance through patent strategy, ethical AI frameworks, and sustainability compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms.
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (demonstrated via product launches or patents).
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or neurotech.
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred.
