You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype, validate, and scale breakthrough solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (AI agents, quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces)
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology incubation programs
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret patent landscapes and market research
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains
