Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ vision, aligning with company growth objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze competitive landscape and technology disruption patterns to identify first-mover advantages
- Create intellectual property portfolios through patents and proprietary methodologies
- Mentor technical teams on futuristic technology adoption and implementation challenges
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ technical professionals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
