Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct scenario planning for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets in neurotech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on 2026 technology inflection points
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 100 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Neurotech
- Published research on Web3 scalability or climate AI solutions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of launching at least one billion-dollar tech initiative
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent background
- Proficiency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
