Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing exponential technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven milestones
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
