Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Direct cross-functional innovation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investors
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies across business units
- Mentor emerging tech talent and build innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience managing global innovation teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
