Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026 horizon) including quantum computing, biotech convergence, and next-gen AI
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate disruptive ideas
- Ensure all initiatives align with sustainability and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech forecasting and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
