- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation for R&D and partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech impact
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., AI adoption patterns)
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property valuation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
