- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with $10M+ annual budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU tech consortiums
- Present future-tech frameworks at Davos and Web Summit conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers in sustainable tech development methodologies
- Oversee patent portfolio expansion for breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC partnerships)
