Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product strategies with clear ROI projections
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching products based on emerging technologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
