Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market disruption potential
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotech applications
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two 7-figure innovation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing global R&D teams across multiple continents
