- Build an internal 'Future Tech' talent pipeline and mentorship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience with scenario planning for 2030+ technology horizons
- Prior startup or Fortune 500 tech strategy experience preferred
