Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and research papers to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investment narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership (Fortune 500 or startup scale)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations
