You'll collaborate with global R&D teams and present strategic recommendations directly to our C-suite and board of directors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market readiness assessments for futuristic technologies
- Design implementation frameworks for AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3 ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
