- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching transformative products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, and business teams
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
