Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology strategic roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills for high-uncertainty environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
