- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with innovation labs and academic research institutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting initiatives
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget for future technology exploration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and market analysis
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across global organizations
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
