Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, or neurotech integration
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future-tech paradigms
- Experience with regulatory sandboxes for experimental technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
