Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep understanding of future tech trends and market disruptors
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
