- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience scaling R&D teams across global operations
- Prior success securing $10M+ in R&D funding
