Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Quantify ROI of technological investments through data-driven market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology foresight to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or biotechnology convergence
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
