- Develop and implement cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and internal incubation programs
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
