Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into core products
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for technology adoption across global markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives and ESG goals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D

- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within high-growth tech sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technology roadblocks with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures methodology frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
