Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging tech trends across global markets
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives

- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on future-readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research institutions
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, CDIO)
