Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into enterprise strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and operations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; PhD preferred
