Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research for emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D funding
- Present strategic briefings to industry leaders at global tech summits
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum/AI/ethical tech implementation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
