Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions for future market needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to maintain first-mover advantages
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders including investors, partners, and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor senior engineers and product leaders on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with 5+ years in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, enterprises)
