Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research, patent analysis, and startup partnerships
- Develop cross-functional implementation plans for innovative solutions with measurable ROI
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on next-gen technology adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future technology landscapes
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology best practices and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and distributed innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry white papers
