- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions

- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with 95%+ adoption rate
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ filings annually in frontier technologies
- Establish industry partnerships with top 3 tech consortiums worldwide
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, R) and quantum computing
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in high-growth tech environments
