Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., IBM Quantum, DeepLearning.AI)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for 2026 initiatives
