As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks. You'll shape product roadmaps, advise C-suite executives on technology investments, and lead initiatives that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with market needs
- Create technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026-2030
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
