- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members driving $2B+ strategic decisions
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum adoption
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy securing 50+ new filings annually
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists in future-skills development programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record executing $100M+ technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 technology journals
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ continents with remote-first leadership
- Certifications in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI governance (Google ML)
