- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateX at global tech summits
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
