Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI implementation
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in emerging trends
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future-of-work trends
- Experience with scenario planning and regulatory impact assessment
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
