Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Analyze quantum/AI/IoT advancements to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative solutions
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
