Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to align commercialization timelines with strategic vision
- Ethical tech governance and responsible innovation framework development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps

- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
